Individual Therapy
These 1:1 sessions with me can be in a traditional talk therapy setting. But sometimes a therapy session needs something different like walking side-by-side instead of seated. We can incorporate movement into our sessions. I encourage women to listen to their bodies; get creative with their healing process.
Rate: $160/50 minute session*
Family Therapy
I have had great success working with strained families hoping to reconcile. Each story is different, but the ingredients are often the same: boundaries, shared goals, and play. I facilitate this healing with grace, structure and radical acceptance. I only see families in person, at my Mukilteo office.
Rate: $320/90 minute session*
*HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards are accepted. I am not in-network with insurance companies. I provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service.
